Phoned IDSN on the Saturday p.m., explained my problem with my computer. The chap stated he would be calling in on Monday 11.00. He arrived 10minutes early, had the computer all fixed within an hour.

Rang Eugene at ISDN at 10.am. Wednesday arrived to analyse my frail stuffed HP laptop computer. He arrived at 10.40 am Wednesday and completed his diagnosis within less than an hour.
He took my little beast to repair and load in Windows 10 and clean the little blighter up of nasty programmes and it must have caught a cold as it had a couple of viruses.
Brought the computer back at 2.15 pm Thursday.
Eugene did a great job was personable and able to explain various aspects of my computer to me.
I thoroughly recommend ISDN for promptness and fair pricing for my troubled HP laptop. It now hums along beautifully.
Give ISDN a call. Great team of talented technicians. If need be I’ll be back but you need them now so ring! Ask about their super fast item if you need a quick starting and fast computer they cater for all IT needs and you’ll walk away totally pleased.

Thursday before Christmas (2018) my laptop showed a blank screen, phoned a couple of places who advertise on tv but they could not help found IDSN in Yellow Pages and spoke to Eugene. Explained the problem, a broken hinge, Eugene said it could be fixed with perhaps a couple of exceptions and a price was quoted, he was at my place within an hour and picked up my laptop.
Next day he called with an update and the same again on Saturday then again Saturday afternoon to tell me it had been fixed and he was at my house 6 pm with my laptop now in full working order.
Eugene provided an excellent service and I will most assuredly be using his services again and have no hesitation in highly recommending him to others.

The problem I had with my PC was due to hardware issues. I should have sought help earlier.
I located IDSN in the yellow pages. Service was prompt within 30 minutes the pc was collected. Within an hour I was advised it could be repaired advised the cost as I’m a pensioner. The pc was delivered to my home after 24 hrs other repairs were needed. On delivery, an explanation was clearly advised together with a diagram of what the problems were.
PC is working fine now.

Wow. I’ve had computer technicians supposedly fix my IT problems before, but I just have to recommend this company to all my Adelaide contacts.
Apparently, my computer had a lot of viruses and malware, even though My Telstra BigPond Security and Safe Central are supposed to find them, it wasn’t finding them even after a full scan. Eugene from IDSN found hundreds. I now have a fast working “clean” computer and all the stress and hassle has gone, thanks to this company.
I am so very grateful that I found them in the Yellow Pages. So if you have IT problems, call them, they promise to be at your home within 60 minutes, and, if not at your home by then you get $30 off. how’s that for service. My guy was at my home within thirty minutes! Oh, and I managed to meet my deadline. I would not have been able to do that if they had not delivered such a professional and fast service.
